As you all know, in Lion you had to change the Mission Control gesture to get third party app gestures working correct, or press the alt/option key while doing the gesture.

To get Roccat gestures working natively in Mountain Lion simply change swipe between pages to three fingers, and change Mission Control and App Exposé to three fingers.
