Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
Hello!
I'm on a PPC PowerMac G5 (dual 2Ghz, june 2004) with Leopard (10.5.8 ) and when I'm trying to change the preferences it looks like this:

The settings are there, because if I press down on the left mouse button and drag - the icons are visible (but disappears when I let go), like so:

Why is it like this?

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
That is perhaps the weirdest bug I have ever seen, and I don't really have an answer for you.
I assume this happens when you restart Roccat too?
Also try renaming Roccat.app to Roccatold.app and downloading it again and placing it in your app folder. Try launching it but make sure Roccatold.app is closed (it's important that you rename and don't delete for testing purposes on our part).
Let me know your results.

I was not, I'm new to this browser (and very impressed by the way). Maybe I should try to go back a few versions?

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
No problems, try Roccat 2.4 just to see if it's to do with your system or to do with Roccat 2.5
http://cinnamon.Runecats.com/roccat/Roccat24.zip
As you're new to Roccat, Roccat 2.5 has a new logo so Roccat 2.4's logo will look completely different.

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
Thanks for the link and the heads up!
Preferences is present in 2.4.

Edit: Wow, I guess major work was done between 2.4 and 2.5? .4 is down right sluggish and the VisiTabs does not seem to display the sites properly.

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
2.5 is the biggest update in our history even bigger than our 2.0 update, it has over 100 new features and that's not including the performance enhancements and bug fixes and security improvements!
Hmm well it's obviously something to do with 2.5, we'll look into it.
We have tested on over 40 Mac's from Leopard to Mountain Lion over 4 months and haven't found anything like this, neither has any of our public beta testers, so this must be a rare bug!

One more idea, what happens if you go Roccat>Check Cinnamon Updates from Roccat 2.4 and install the update to Roccat 2.5?

I feel special in both a positive and negative way!

When I update through Cinnamon Updates the preferences disappear again.

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
I have passed the information on to our development team and our testing team.
I think this is all I can do at this point.
If I have any other ideas I will let you know!

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
No problems, hopefully they will be able to figure it out.
I do know that it's always much harder for them when they can't recreate the problem so we will see what happens!

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
Nice one, so just keep using that version for now.
We still have various other things to fix in the meantime before we officially release 2.7

Re: Preferences invisible! -SOLVED-
As of yet know you can only import direct from Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
You could open the html file in Roccat and drag each link into the bookmarks bar, but if you have a 100's that may not be a great solution.
I'll pass your gratitude to the development and testing teams
