Few Forum changes

today we have:

. changed some of the graphics including the scrollbar
. updated the forum layout
. changed some of the sections and added a new one
. changed the stuture of the sections

and added some various small changes

only bad thing is the scroll bar, hard to see the bar as they are basically the same colour

lol i have changed it now again anyway, because i have remade the whole layout, i have been working on it 26 hours < not straight lol

I have removed the sub-section of Art from being a sub-section on the main forum and in the homework section, and just kept it in the homework section to save a lot of scrolling on the forum.

Please tell me what you think of this, I can always change it back.

I have moved the animals section within the general chat and introduce yourself section as I feel it isn't used enough to be a main thread.

Make a new section under the general chat forum called introduce yourself.
It will be less messy that way.

For some reason It only seems to have two powers Admin and User.

and at the moment I am unable to give you these powers unless I make you an Admin (which i am NOT going to do).
I will work on getting the Mod power up and running for this power.
