Economic homework (You don't really have to know about economics to help me out)

For economics, I have to find a business that has bought atleast 1 competitor AND some other type of business too, like a marketing business, or accounting or transport etc.
I don't know how I could find this out, you can't exactly put it in google and I don't really know of any businesses that have done so.

AOL has bought Bebo (social networking site) and Time Warner bros and much more

Ebay have bought Gumtree (which is a competitor) they have also bought Paypal and Skype.

Ebay and AOL are buying lots of companies both competitors and otherwise so it may be worth looking into it a bit.

Google bought You tube... i guess that would be kind of a competitor because of google video.

We had to make a powerpoint presentation but I didn't know what we had to put on it so I made a story!

It's not good but I can't be bothered making it better.While making it it reminded me of two things I did last year:
1) In science we had to make a powerpoint presentation on something and we had to present it to the class. It had to be atleast 2mins long I think (maybe 5) so I put the text speed to the slowest in the custom animation and it was so slow, everyone (Include me and my friend who made it) to laugh alot, my friend was reading it out and it would show the text much slower than he said it so he would say one word but the word happened to be competely different. haha
2) In ICT we made this video with movie maker about internet safety. We made the images with stickfigure and it was really strange, the guy was called 'Goat' and the background music we made it have elevater music, lol.
I think it is somewhere on my email, I will download it then upload it sometime.

He was here today but since we have exams next week (Monday is a public holiday and tuesday is a 'study day' then I have the exams on wed,thurs and fri) and we don't have eco tomorrow or friday (Due to us starting at 10am on fridays) so noone saw it
