Re: Roccat Support Thread
Sorry for the delay in response.
We are busy working on many bug fixes at the moment, unfortunately you can not change the default search engine.
However Roccat does have an undocumented "Smart Navigate Launcher" feature. for example you already have preloaded navigate launchers such as n;g and n;y when these are typed into the address bar they take you to google and youtube for example.
Smart Navigate Launchers takes this further, if you type n;g test into the address bar it will then search google for test.
If you change the navigate launcher to g then all you have to type is g test into the address bar to search google for test. n;y test searches youtube for test.. and so on.
Roccat 1.3 will have Google as the default search engine as it's been a major request, unfortunately due to the way our search bar works, users can not currently choose a search engine (we are trying to work on a solution).
We know there are a few little issues with Roccat but once these are ironed out it will be perfect.
Roccat is not based on Safari however like Google Chrome it shares the same engine (Webkit), Roccat's webkit is different from Safaris, for example it automatically blocks ads, text fields and buttons look different and more importantly it's faster!
I hope this helps, we are always working to improve Roccat, just bare with us as we are a small team and it hasn't been out long
Thanks for the support!

Re: Roccat Support Thread
Any way I can join as a beta tester - your current beta tester registaton will not recognize the "CAPTCHA" and I have typed it, and downloaded the audio several times.
